Samsung T1 SSD – Great Bang for Bucks

Although most businesses’ use Cloud for mass storage some prefer to have their data saved locally on devices such as a USB portable Hard drive or even USB Thumb drives. For some, this alternative may be too slow for them due to the limitation of the device.

Samsung has just recently released the Samsung Portable SSD T1 and this tiny device packs a lot of punch for anyone. Samsung have released their product at a reasonable price for consumers to buy off the shelves and comes available in a range of different capacities. The SSD comes in capacities of 250GB, 500GB and 1TB and is capable of data transfer speeds up to 450MB/s. A feature that is a selling point for business owners is the 256bit encryption security software that Samsung has put onto the SSD, when first installing the device it will ask if you would like a password for it, if so, you enter the password into the Software and once done the T1 will ask for a password every time its been plugged in.

For a device as small as a business card and weighs in at 30 grams tops, this piece of technology can be easy to lose. With Samsungs reliability in SSD’s and technology, the T1sure is to be the best Portable SSD on the market for many years.
